Sharing Documents in M-Files
Email is one of the oldest ways to share documents, but it’s not the best way to collaborate on documents. On average, a document is copied 19 times during its life cycle, because it’s difficult to keep track of changes and updates to email attachments. Getting feedback on a document draft from colleagues through email leads to a confusing thread of replies and attachments.
In our Document Management Software, M-Files, there’s only one current version of every document, and it’s always up to date.
