Document Management Software shall be free to use User Materials and any ideas, concepts, knowledge or techniques contained therein for any purpose including developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services and without any compensation payable to you. Any personally-identifiable information submitted to us shall be handled in accordance with our privacy policies.

Applicable law

These Terms and Privacy Policy, and all matters relating to your use or access to this website, shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any claim, cause of action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought solely in the District Court of Tampere, Finland, acting as the court of first instance, although M-Files retains the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.
